Dream - ceramic waste

I am getting construction work done in my house right now. I see that instead of using sand they are now using something called M sand which is essentially manufactured sand made from gravel. 

I know that ceramic is not Biodegradable. 

Last night I had a dream that waste ceramic is being crushed and used as sand for construction.
