My garden
I know you have a pain It is killing you from inside I wish I could help But I need to water my garden I have pains too If not for those, I wouldn't know yours My garden is withering, it needs some loving I have spent much time Looking after you. The pains dont cease My beloved world, They only grow. The more i think of them, The more I do, The pains they grow. And behind me, my garden It fails to thrive So excuse me, I need to water my garden As the cacti shine And the succulents grow plump My hardy garden smiles. Not with flowers and fruits, More thistles and protruding roots. Saying, We too are life Be by our side I have to stop thinking. I need to stop pretending to care. I can only take care of mine. I have only this limited time. I wish I could help But I have to once in a while water my garden.
